The eGovernments Foundation is one of India’s premiere organisations that assists and enables Urban Local Bodies in their eGovernance implementation.

1. Integration:

The eGovernments Foundation can assist in the integration of existing egovernance and technology products active in various departments. Our team can offer solutions to improve operational efficiency as well as workflows to successfully migrate these applications to an online architecture using the benefits of standards based open source software.

2. Custom Applications:

These include custom, one-off projects that are achievable within our skills and service capabilities. These projects may include GIS, database related projects, online functionality and more. The eGovernments Foundation can leverage the eGov Suite of Municipal eGovernance Solutions technology platform to design, develop and deploy additional customized applications. These will be available to authorised users and our team will ensure full integration with the core modules available in the eGov Suite.

3. Implementation Services:

Our implementation service portfolio will harness the deployment experience from similar implementations in over 60 municipal departments across the country.

During such implementations, the eGov Services Team will ensure that custom software development and product customizations adhere to standard design and development criterion.
During larger implementations, our Project Monitoring Tools and Technologies periodically monitor and rank various ULBs across several parameters. This allows for an inter-mingling of ideas, best-practices and improved government process re-engineering from large-scale deployment experiences.

4. Operations & Maintenance Services:

Providing application-level technical support is a valuable add-on from eGov Services. This helps in identifying and resolving any technology-derived ‘speed-breakers’ as well as to minimize any unforeseen disruptions to end-users. eGov Services ensures that additional features (for example: newer reporting methodologies) based on end-user feedback and needs-based requirements are available to clients. By providing ongoing product enhancements which are issued periodically by the Product Development Team, eGov Services ensures that the life cycle of technology based civic services are extended, while minimising costs.

5. Hosting Services:

The eGovernments Foundation provides hosting services for various application-level projects. These allow us a better understanding of the progress of integration and implementation of municipal eGovernance across various geographies.
