eGov Property is a comprehensive tool to assist municipalities in their property tax procedures. eGov Property addresses several operational processes in existing systems and allows municipal administrators accessible user-operability in tabulating, assessing and collecting property taxes.


eGov Property allows municipal administrators to efficiently manage their property tax records and systems. Property tax is a principal source of revenue in urban local bodies and eGov Property helps manage a property tax database with its associated functionalities. The eGov Property tax system assesses properties within the tax base, highlights the inaccurate assessment of several more, while simultaneously introducing simpler payment systems for tax collection. The eGovernments Foundation’s eGov Property solution addresses the inadequacies of existing systems by applying cost-effective technology based solutions.

The eGov Property application module operates via the calculation of all 3 property tax assessment methods currently operational in urban areas. These include:
